OTAHSÉ Studio is committed to providing a positive customer experience and will make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns related to your order. If you encounter an issue, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have the opportunity to assist you.

If a chargeback or credit card dispute is filed, OTAHSÉ may provide relevant order, shipping, delivery, and communication records to the payment processor or financial institution handling the case. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who have previously initiated chargebacks or payment disputes that are determined to be invalid, abusive, or inconsistent with our published policies.
