Return policy
All products are made to order. Because of the custom nature of our production process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.
Please review product descriptions, dimensions, specifications, and compatibility requirements carefully before placing an order. Customers are responsible for ensuring that a product is suitable for their intended use, space, and setup.
For example, if purchasing a MagSafe Charger Stand, please verify that you own a compatible MagSafe charger. Compatibility is only guaranteed with the official Apple MagSafe Charger.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for compatibility issues, incorrect sizing, personal preference, or change-of-mind purchases.
Handmade & Made-to-Order Products
Our products are produced in small batches using a combination of 3D printing and hand-finishing techniques. As a result, each piece may feature subtle variations in color, texture, finish, or surface detail.
Characteristics such as faint layer lines, minor surface variations, slight color differences, and other natural inconsistencies are considered part of the product's unique character and are not regarded as defects.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that these variations may occur and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered.
Please email us with clear photographs of:
- The outer shipping box
- The internal packaging materials
- The damaged item
- Any visible dents, punctures, bends, or damage to the packaging
Damage claims submitted after the 48-hour period cannot be accepted.
If the purchase is intended as a gift, the buyer or recipient remains responsible for inspecting the package within this timeframe. Claims submitted after the inspection window has expired will not be eligible for review.
Upon review, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion, depending on the nature of the damage and product availability.
Approved Damage Claims
If a return is authorized for a damaged item:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all protective materials and accessories.
- The item must remain unused.
- The item must be packed securely to prevent additional damage during return transit.
- Only the originally reported damage should be present upon return.
Any additional damage resulting from improper handling, use, or insufficient packaging during the return process may reduce or void eligibility for a replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for any loss or damage caused by improper return packaging.
